I am a professionally trained Co-Active Coach (PCC), educated with the globally renowned Co Active Training Institute (CTI) and accredited member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am an associate of Lea_p Leadership, developing heart centred leaders, as well as having my own private practice.
I am a certified Relationship Counsellor with the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) working with Relate.Org.UK as well as my own private clients and am a member of the National Counselling Society. (MNCS)
I am a certified Mindfulness Educator with Mindfulness Without Borders, certified teaching level 1 with The Mindfulness Association and have trained in Positive Psychology, incorporating all of these skills and tools for an integrative approach.
I am currently three quarters of the way through my certification in EMDR Therapy. EMDR therapy helps to move the storage of a disturbing memory from the past to a more functional part of the brain through a gentle bilateral stimulation through eye movement. The
bilateral stimulation creates biochemical changes in the brain that enables us to respond to the present without the past interfering.
It is a truly inspiring to work with people as they explore their feelings and emotions, access their values, redefine their goals and develop best practices to choose to live life with ease and a beautiful sense of purpose.

Ever since I can remember I have been a bag of insecurities! Having had a session with her every fortnight for the past nine months I can confirm that I worry so much less.
When I do worry, Wendy has succeeded in putting into place a set of easy to use tools to help me through. Our sessions are relaxed and informal, and even though the point is to 'work' together the time spent flies by and is always really enjoyable. I really cannot recommend Wendy and her work highly enough, her approach is very intuitive and she always finds exactly the right way to move through every session by helping me to access my own imagination. At the end of our time together I always feel lighter, brighter and way more able to deal with life gracefully.
